syawal is getting nearer, but still...

i read a note about the hunt for the special night. lailah alqadr. only then i realised that only people who always work hard to stay up late at night and perform their prayers even they aren't in fasting month, they'll get the night. i mean, their sins will be forgiven, and we can see that they are changing for the better. they will never annoy people around them. always make good deeds only.

for those who are unfaithful while doing their prayers, only doing it in the fasting month, but when ramadhan ends, they are back to their normal soooo goood activities. they don't realise the importance of the month on their life. so, when they are experiencing difficulties, they keep blaming God.

as for me, when i grow up into a teenager, closer to adulthood, i realise that what i had been doing when i was a kid, it was useless. i kept staring into the sky and waited if the angels would come and waved at me.

but now, i never do that. ever. i realise that i need to wake up on my own and pray, recite the Quran or recite the zikr. no need to wait for the angels to come. but somehow i find it hard to wake up, and sometimes i didn't hear the ringing alarm. how annoying. and i keep tracking any sign in the sky, whether it is cloudy or not, not so hot, because i eagerly want to know whether the night has happened or not.

well, then, looks like i have to wake up not only in the fasting month but also in the other months. i need to familiarise myself with waking up at nights to perform prayers. ngehehe.

i read in a book, i can't remember the author, sorry, he said that based on his opinion, the night somehow happens before or after the fasting month, because some of his colleagues saw the angels flying down to the earth on a particular night.
